Leaseholders

Rights and obligations

We will try to answer any questions you have by looking at the documents immediately available to us. However, if we have to obtain a copy of the actual lease, there will be a small charge. This is because the council's legal services department holds your lease and they charge for supplying a copy of this from their secure storage area. Alternatively, you may wish to look at your copy of the lease. If you have a mortgage, your lender would normally hold this. You may also be able to download a copy of the lease from Land Registry.

For further information about this, including the level of charges, please email leasehold@hillingdon.gov.uk or call 01895 556049 (for streets A to K) or 01895 250891 (for streets L to Z)
