Changes to tenancy
Let us know about changes to your tenancy.
There are a variety of reasons why you may request a change to a tenancy.
The most common are:
- a tenant has died and someone wants to take over the tenancy (succeed)
- a tenant wants to pass on their tenancy to someone else (assign)
- a tenant has changed their name
- a sole tenant wants a joint tenancy or
- a joint tenant wants a sole tenancy because of changes in people living in their home.
