Information on the different ways to pay your service charges.
Paying by direct debit
Direct debit is the most convenient method of paying your service charges.
We will tell you the amounts and dates of the payments in advance.
To set up a direct debit, ensure you complete all sections of the direct debit form (PDF) [193KB] and return it to us.
Pay online
You are able to pay online on our website.
Home or phone banking
If you have a home or phone banking arrangement, you can pay by
- quoting sort code: 60-22-10
- account number: 72430184
- your eight digit reference number (for service charges) or your nine digit reference number (for major works).
By phone to the council (using a debit or credit card)
You can pay over the phone by calling the leasehold team on 01895 556049 or 01895 250891 during office hours.
Alternatively, you can call the 24 hours number on 01895 556699 (and press option 2).
Note: Have your 8 digit reference number available as shown on your bill (or 9 digit reference number for a works invoice).
We do not accept American Express (Amex).
Cheque by post
Cheque payable to "London Borough of Hillingdon" posted to:

Note: Write your address and reference number on the back of your cheque.
Swipe card
You can pay by using your swipecard at most Post Offices or in cash at PayPoint retail outlets.
