Notice of changes to penalty charges and additional fees
Following a determination by the London Councils Transport and Environment Committee, approval by the Mayor of London, and having received no objection within the period of one month of notifying the Secretary of State for Transport, the following increase in penalty charges and additional fees will take effect in the 32 London boroughs and the City of London from Monday 7 April 2025.
You can pay a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) by debit card, credit card, cheque, postal order or cash.
There's a 50% discount for all penalties paid within 14 days of the issue date.
Please note:
If you have misplaced your parking ticket, you can obtain the serial number by calling 01895 277 277. You will need your vehicle registration and the location where you received the parking ticket.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Switch, Delta and Maestro. We're unable to accept American Express or Diners Card.
Online
You can pay online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the APCOA website. You'll need your PCN number, vehicle registration details and card details.
Call 03300 571889 (charged at the local rate). This is an automated payment line operating 24/7.

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to London Borough of Hillingdon. Please write your Penalty Charge Notice number on the reverse of the cheque. Please do not send cash through the post.

To view photographs taken of your vehicle at the time a parking ticket was issued, go to Pay parking ticket (opens new window) as if you're going to pay. You'll need to enter your PCN number and the vehicle registration number (but not payment details) to see the photographs.
