Cabinet approved a revised draft Local Development Scheme on Thursday 21 March 2024 to be submitted to Full Council for adoption on Thursday 11 July 2024.
5 year supply of specific deliverable housing sites
The council annually identifies and updates a supply of specific deliverable sites sufficient to provide 5 years worth of housing against its housing requirements.
