We are working with community, voluntary, and faith groups to

  • bring together people and groups
  • promote and share information about services
  • find out what services already exist and what is missing
  • work together to solve problems and improve services
  • look for ways to make services better by sharing resources, knowledge, and skills.

We are currently working with organisations and youth programmes including:


Young carers service

A charity, part of the carers trust, helps children and young people aged 5 to 15-years-old who take care of someone at home. This could be a parent, brother, sister, or another family member who is sick, disabled, or has problems with drugs or alcohol.

Their fun and friendly service aims to make life easier for young carers by offering:

  • weekly youth clubs
  • fun activities during school holidays
  • weekend trips
  • workshops
  • one-on-one support with a trusted adult
  • support for the whole family
  • help with school issues.

Hillingdon autistic care and support (HACS)

A charity that helps people understand autism. Their goal is to make life better by helping people with autism do more.

HACS has been helping autistic children and young people for over 20 years. Providing social activities for them to enjoy whilst developing skills and making new friends. Their short breaks offers includes.

  • Youth clubs for 10 to 25-year-olds
  • Saturday clubs for 8 to 25-year-olds
  • Holiday play schemes for 8 to 25-year-olds
  • Flexible support for those with complex needs.

Transition to excel (TXL)

Supporting children and young people's mental health through basketball coaching and mentoring. Offering coaching and mentoring to:

  • keep young people motivated
  • improve physical and emotional well-being 
  • improve and develop social skills
  • support moving forward in a positive way.
