Clinical waste collection

We make regular and one-off free collections of clinical waste for households in Hillingdon.

Bag collection

Residents who need to dispose of items such as stoma bags, colostomy bags, bandages and dressings can use our bag collection service.

This collection is made every Wednesday and bags should be left on your doorstep the night before or by 7am on the day of collection. Our team will leave new bags for you when they collect your disposed bags.

Sharps box collection

Residents who need to dispose of needles, syringes, lancets (used with finger pricking devices) or clippers can use our sharps box collection.

This collection is made on the first Wednesday of every month. Boxes should be left on your doorstep the night before or by 7am on the day of collection. 

To obtain sharps boxes, visit your GP or local pharmacist.
