If you have a quick IT question (such as how do I attach a document to an email or how do I find the council's parking permit web page), staff in our libraries can help during the following days and times.

• Botwell Green Library - Mondays, between 9am and Midday; and Fridays, between 9am and 11am 
• Charville Library - Tuesdays, between 2pm and 5pm; and Wednesdays, between 10am and 1pm 
• Eastcote Library - Wednesdays, between 2pm and 3pm 
• Harefield Library - Tuesdays (except every 2nd Tuesday of the month), between 11am and 1pm; and Fridays, between 11am and 1pm 
• Hayes End Library - Mondays, between 2pm and 3.30pm; Thursdays, between 2pm and 3.30pm; and Fridays, between 10.30am and 12.30pm 
• Ickenham Library - Thursdays, between 11am and 1pm; and Fridays, between 2pm and 5pm
