If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ, including the expanded area and your vehicle does not meet the emission standards, you could face a daily charge of £12.50. This includes residents within the ULEZ. You will not be required to pay the ULEZ charge if you are parked inside the zone and don't drive.
The ULEZ operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, except Christmas Day (25 December).

Scrappage scheme
The Mayor of London has launched a new scrappage scheme providing financial assistance to help London residents scrap their vehicles if they do not meet ULEZ standards to prepare for the expansion of ULEZ across all London boroughs.
Check the TfL website to see if your vehicle is eligible, how much financial assistance you could receive and how to apply.
Payment fraud
You should always use TFL's official online payment process to pay the Ultra Low Emission Zone charge. Please check TFL's website for more information on fraud payments.
