Eating habits
Everyone has different eating habits, and many children are picky eaters.
Behaviours you may recognise in your child
- Has preference for food of a particular colour or texture - for example, will only eat beige food.
- Insists on a specific routine - for example, using a specific cup, watching the TV or not feeding themselves.
- Gets upset if foods touch other food.
