Uxbridge Family Hub
Our Uxbridge Family Hub brings together a number of different services for families of children and young people aged 0 to 19-years-old (up to the 25 for those with special educational needs).
Services at our family hub
- AdolescentĀ developmentĀ service - for 8 to 24-year-olds who live, learn or earn in Hillingdon and may benefit from additional targeted support
- Children's centre services
- Health visiting
- Midwifery
- Multi-agency psychological support team
- P3 (advice and support around benefits, money and finances, housing and mental health issues)
- Start for Life services
- Supervised contact team
- Youth justice service

We also run the following youth projects at our Uxbridge Family Hub.

Tuesday, 8pm to 9.30pm
Open to 14 to 19-year-olds in Hillingdon doing their DofE Award or wanting to enrol (includes young people taking part in school). We can offer activities and advice to support all levels, including the expedition section.
