Information on the different ways to pay your rent.
Paying by direct debit
Direct debit is the most convenient method of paying bills. It is quick and easy, and avoids queues.
We will tell you the amounts and dates of the payments in advance. And you have the choice of either weekly or monthly payments.
To set up a direct debit, please ensure you complete all sections of the direct debit form (PDF) [132KB] and return it to the housing charges team.
Payment cards
You can use a payment card to pay by cash, card or cheque at a PayPoint.
Simply hand your payment card and payment to the operator. You should always keep your receipt as proof of payment.
You can request a new payment card by calling the Contact Centre on 01895 556699.
Telephone
You can pay using a debit card with our automated 24-hour service on 0330 041 6497, you will need your Hillingdon Housing Service payment card with you.
If you wish to pay using your debit / credit card (we do not accept Amex) you can phone our payment line during office hours on 01895 556699 and select option 2. You will need your payment reference number.

You can pay by text from your mobile phone.
To register your phone go online to www.allpayments.net/textpay or call the Rents Office on 01895 556182.
Pay an alternative amount
You are able to pay an alternative amount if you cannot pay your full balance.
Home or telephone banking arrangement
If you have a home or telephone banking arrangement, please quote the following:
