This summer, we're introducing a more personalised and user-friendly My Account, which will be linked to a simpler, more intuitive reporting system, making it even easier to manage your requests and reports online.

Not registered for My Account?

If you've used our previous online self service, you will still need to register for My Account to manage future reports and requests.  

Registration is quick and easy.  

  1. Select the 'Register for My Account' button below.
  2. Enter your email address. You will be sent an email containing a PIN. (If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders.)
  3. Enter the PIN on the registration page to verify your account and set up a password.  
  4. Add your contact details, including your address, which is needed for HillingdonFirst card requests.
