Not registered for the new My Account?
If you've used our previous online self service, you will still need to register for a new My Account to manage future reports and requests.
Registration is quick and easy.
- Select the 'Register for My Account' button below.
- Enter your email address. You will be sent an email containing a PIN. (If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders.)
- Enter the PIN on the registration page to verify your account and set up a password.
- Add your contact details, including your address, which is needed for HillingdonFirst card requests.
Please note: Reports and requests made using the previous self service will be available to view, using your old log-in (while they are still in progress).
