Four Seasons Room at the Civic Centre
The Four Seasons Room is located in the Hillingdon Register Office, which forms part of the Civic Centre building and is situated on Uxbridge High Street.
As part of our Register Office's relocation next year, the Four Seasons Room will close after Friday 28 February 2025 to make way for a brand new marriage room in another part of the Civic Centre.
If you wish to have your ceremony after this date, the Four Seasons Room cannot be named as the intended venue (for notices of marriages and civil partnerships).
Once our new marriage room has been named and licensed, details will be added to our website and bookings will be taken again.
This web page will be updated as and when more information is available.
The package offers a 45-minute time allocation and allows for up to 50 guests, including full access for people with disabilities. This number must also include any children attending but does not include the couple themselves.
A photographer and a videographer are also allowed.
Pets are not allowed in the ceremony with the exception of guide dogs.
You can also personalise your ceremony with your own music and up to three readings or poems can be included.

Please note:
- The fee is payable in full at the time of booking.
- When giving your notice of intention to marry or form a civil partnership, choose the venue option of 'Four Seasons Room'.
