Simple equipment

Small pieces of equipment such as perching stools and raised toilet seats can make daily living tasks much easier to manage.

Read more about support available at the Disabled Living Foundation (DLF). DLF is a national charity providing independent advice on mobility aids, disability aids and daily living equipment. You can also contact the Disabled Association for Hillingdon (DASH) for free information and advice.

How do I obtain equipment?

Use the self assessment tools available on Living Made Easy to see if you would benefit from equipment in your home.

You can also:

  • request an assessment and if you are eligible to receive equipment you will receive a loan of equipment from our community equipment provider, NRS Healthcare
