Use this online form to report issues with gullies including:

blocked gullies
damaged gullies

2. Label
  1. Rainwater gullies are small rectangular iron grids found at the side of the road immediately in front of the kerb or on the footway. They take rainwater to the main sewers.
  2. If your report requires an immediate response for an emergency please do not use this online service. If between 8am and 5pm, please call 01895 556000, if out of hours, please call 01895 250111.
    
    We do not send out gully crews to reports of blocked gullies immediately following a rainfall event. This is because in the vast majority of incidents, it is due to the incapacity of the sewers rather than blocked gullies. After rainfall has subsided, if there is still a threat of flooding to a property, we may send crews to inspect the blocked gully.
