Changes to the Planning Service during COVID-19
Read about the changes to our usual planning services during the coronavirus outbreak.
Duty Planner Service
A free duty planner service is available, covering residential advice to third parties, including those affected by proposals. Due to safeguarding measures put in place as a result of COVID-19, the duty planning service is being facilitated through e-mail correspondence with limited appointments taking place by phone.
If you would like general advice for residential queries or help filling in planning application forms, please submit an email request to our planning information officers on email@example.com. Alternatively, you can register your enquiry with the contact centre on 01895 250230 where you can leave a message and we will reply by email or telephone.
Correspondence by post
While we're still receiving post, we strongly encourage any interested parties to provide comments on planning applications electronically and any general correspondence via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any new planning submissions ought to be submitted through the Planning Portal in the first instance. If you're experiencing difficulties using that forum, submissions can also be made to email@example.com.
Viewing planning documentation
As the Planning Reception is currently closed, we're currently unable to provide public access to hard copies of planning documentation. Applications can be viewed online. If you're unable to view documents online, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call the contact centre on 01895 250230 to leave a message and we will reply by email or telephone.
