Submit a question for a council meeting
As a Hillingdon resident, you can ask the leader of the council or a cabinet member a question at our regular council meetings (except the annual and budget meetings).
You can ask no more than 1 question, and no more than 2 questions can be asked on behalf of an organisation.
To ask your question, you must submit written notice to the head of democratic services. This notice must be received by midday, 7 working days before the meeting.
You can include a background document (maximum length of 1 typed side of A4 paper) with your question for the agenda.
