Warm welcome centres

Free, warm and welcoming places for residents to visit during the colder winter days.

This winter the council is working with community centres, interfaith organisations, leisure centres, churches and libraries, to offering a range of activities for residents to take part in throughout the winter.

While each offer something a little different, everywhere you visit will offer you a warm and friendly place to enjoy some company and get help and advice.  There will also be opportunities to access health information, workshops and screenings, such as falls prevention information and blood pressure testing.
